About Daphne

This Did Not Start as a Straight Line

I was born and raised in New York City, curious, driven, and, if I’m honest, often overstimulated. During the week, I chased big-city goals. On weekends, I escaped to the Hudson Valley, wandering farms and returning to stillness. I didn’t realize it then, but those were the moments I felt most like myself.

For years, I lived in two worlds: the high-performance world of international media, film, and events, and a more personal world of spiritual practice, wellness, and self-discovery. By day, I produced lifestyle films for Formula 1 and global events across continents. By night, or on retreat, I was exploring what it actually means to feel well, not just perform well.

After one too many rounds of fatigue viruses and burnout, I knew something had to change. I stepped away from constant production and opened a juice bar and health coaching practice in Germany, creating a calm, nourishing space for busy professionals who, like me, had been running on empty.

That experience became the bridge between the two worlds I had been living in all along: achievement and alignment, outer success and inner calm.

Why This Matters for the Work I do Now

For a long time, my path didn’t look linear. My work, my interest in wellness and spiritual practice, and my study of the body, hormones, stress, and behavior didn’t point to one clear direction.

Each part was building the understanding I now use to support clients.

I have lived the pressure, experienced what it feels like to lose connection with yourself, and done the work of rebuilding from the inside out. That is what allows me to see what is actually happening beneath the surface and help someone move forward with clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

How I Work

My work is grounded in helping you understand what is actually happening beneath what you are experiencing.

Together, we look at the patterns that have been holding everything in place, the pressure your system has been carrying, and the signals your body has been sending.

This is not about fixing you or pushing you to do more.

It is about creating enough steadiness that you can see clearly, make decisions that feel aligned, and move forward in a way that is actually sustainable.

What It Is Like to Work Together

Working together is not about adding more pressure or giving you another set of expectations to meet.

It is a space where you can slow down enough to understand what is actually happening, without judgment or urgency. I have lived the kind of pressure that pulls you away from yourself, and I know what it takes to come back.

At the same time, we are not staying in reflection.

There is movement. There is direction. There are decisions that begin to feel clearer and easier to make.

The work is steady, grounded, and human. There is room for honesty, for lightness, and for things to feel a little easier than they have been.

How This Work Comes Together

My approach integrates an understanding of the nervous system, midlife health, and the patterns that shape how we respond to stress and responsibility.

It also includes frameworks, including Ayurveda, that help us understand how your body and energy function as a whole system, so we can address symptoms at the root, not just manage them on the surface.
