HI, I’M DAPHNE!
For years, I lived in two worlds: high performance in international media and events, and deep inner work. After my own experience with burnout and chronic fatigue, I found a different way forward, one that bridged ambition with nervous system support, inner alignment, and whole-person wellbeing. The answer was not pushing harder. It was learning how to support the whole system and build true capacity.
Today, I help women who carry a lot restore their energy, regulate the pressure on their system, and reconnect with what they truly want so they can move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. My work blends health coaching, high performance coaching, and transformational work so change happens at the root, not just at the surface. Because the truth is, we already have what we need. The work is learning how to access it.
