HI, I’M DAPHNE!

For years, I lived in two worlds: high performance in international media & events, and deep inner work. After many rounds of burnout and fatigue, I found a different way forward: one that bridged ambition with nervous system support, inner alignment, and whole-person wellbeing. The answer was not pushing harder. It was learning how to support the whole system and build true capacity.

Today, I help women who carry a lot restore their energy, regulate the pressure on their system, and reconnect with what they truly want so they can move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. My work blends health coaching, high performance coaching, and transformational work so change happens at the source, not just at the surface. When every part of you is working together, change can finally take root.
